Sony already announced their new rom (Lollipop) for Xperia Z C6603 and C6602.
Before doing anything, please check your firmware version. If you already got the latest one, you won't need to do anything. 😉
Ok Let Start.
To update your firmware, you need 2 files, FlashTool & Firmware. I have uploaded both of them at mediafire. (Download here => FlashTool, Firmware)
Preparation
1. Please enable USB debugging option (Menu>Setting>Developer Option) Free wwe 2k16.
2. Please charge your phone at least 50%
3. Please sure your phone model is C6603 (because I only upload for C6603)
Steps to update Sony Xperia Z with offical Android 5.0.2 10.6.A.0.454 Lollipop firmware
1. Install FlashTool. It will normally install to under C: drive.
2. Copy and paste .tft file to C:Flashtoolfirmwares.
3. Installing Driver

3.1. Install driver for your phone. Install Flashtool-drivers under drivers folder.
3.2. After open you may see following, click on Xperia Z and SO…. and Flashmode Drivers.
4. If your system is 32 bit OS, Open FlashTool. (OR) If your system is 64 bit OS, Open FlashTool64.
4.1. Please check that it is in 'Flashmode' or not.
4.2. After choosing Flashmode, this window should show. In this window, choose rom you want to flash and click on flash. In this stage, if you want to save your setting and data, you need to unticked Wipe : DATA and Cache.
4.3. Turn off your phone. Press VOLUME DOWN button. While pressing VOLUME DOWN button, plug USB Cable to your phone.
4.4. Final Stage: the process should look like this. Wait until it's finished.
